Dartford Station Gets a Plaque for Mick & Keith
Talk about the best rock and roll accident to ever occur – Dartford Station in England will be getting a blue plaque in honour of two of the founding members of the Rolling Stones.
It was October 17th, 1961 when Mick Jagger and Keith Richards met on that railway platform by accident, recognizing each other from primary school about a year before the band formed.
New Song from The Dead Weather
Jack is back – this time with a new song with The Dead Weather. Open Up (That’s Enough) could appear on their new album, which we’ll be waiting until 2015 to hear. The band seems to have a rather long-term campaign in the works for their new album, which they’ll release through Jack White’s Third Man Records. Have a listen to the new track below:
