According to Back To The Future II, we should be riding hoverboards by 2015.
That deadline is just over two weeks away and kids still aren’t riding hoverboards to school. Clearly, we’re way behind.
But that could change, thanks to a young Texan named Ryan Craven: he’s invented his own version of Marty McFly’s futuristic transportation method.
Hendo made a lot of people very excited when they introduced a hoverboard prototype. It looks cool, but it’ll also cost you a cool $10,000 in Kickstarter backing. Craven’s Mr. Hoverboard won’t gouge you anywhere near that much.
With four leafblowers and some simple household objects, any MacGyver can build his or her own using the instructions he’s posted online.
