Today marks the 6th edition of Bell Let’s Talk day.
I’m sure you remember years past where texts, Facebook shares and the hashtag #BellLetsTalk will have Bell donate 5 cents every time it’s used.
It may not seem like much, but last year they donated over 6.1 million to help with mental health programs and research.
Here’s more details about the cause from AM980 ==> HERE
I also wanted to add this song from I Mother Earth frontman Bryan Byrne. It’s from the Arizona Project which helps raise money for Suicide awareness.
I think it’s very fitting. I hope you’ll share this song and the Facebook post or tweet that brought you here so we can help those that need it.
If you need help and you’re reading this. There is help. Reach out for it.
Here’s the website for Middlesex Mental Health Association which has plenty of help to offer ==> HERE
You can also talk to friends, family and whomever you feel comfortable talking to. They will help you.
It’s okay to speak out.
