Winning Lotto 649 Ticket Sold at Trafalgar Mini-Mart in London
Congratulations to Jim and Rob Holbeck, the two London brothers, who won Saturday’s night’s 13.2 million Lotta 649 ticket!
Jim said his “My first reaction was, ‘Holy … Macaroni,’ and then a few other colourful words…The money is security and peace of mind for me…I intend to spoil the people I love.”
As for brother Rob, “I’ve been married 25 years and my wife Sylvia deserves the honeymoon we never had. Our dream is to go to Europe.”

Clash of the Condiments!!!
“I’ll be buying my Ketchup elsewhere!!!”
Loblaws TRIED to keep Heinz at the top of the ketchup market, but failed! They claimed there wasn’t a big enough demand for French’s ketchup…and now Canadians all over Ontario are standing up for the tomatoes of Leamington.
Liberal MPP Mike Colle said “I’m more than prepared to lead a boycott of Loblaws until we get an explanation of your decision or a reversal of this refusal to stock French’s ketchup in your stores.”
Well, this change of heart happened QUICKLY, in favour of Leamington, Ontario.
Loblaws Vice-President or Corporate Affairs and Communication, Kevin Groh, said:
“We’ve heard our Loblaws customers. We will re-stock French’s ketchup and hope that the enthusiasm we are seeing in the media and on social media translates into sales of the product…We will work with French’s to make sure we are in-stock as soon as possible.”
I bet Stompin’ Tom would have gladly changed the chorus of this song to include French’s Ketchup!
