It’s not the most fun anniversary. It’s a day where because of drug & mental health issues we lost two very creative revered men.
I understand that many say we shouldn’t honour them and their music. That’s an old way of thinking.
It’s 2016 now and if by telling their stories and sharing their music we help one person get help. Then it’s more than worth it.
If you do need help. Reach out. Talk to a friend, co-worker, family member or a professional. There’s no shame in it. At the end people want you around. So make sure they get that.
