There is something special about this time of the year and I LOVE it all. The lights, the music, the positive energy and sense of community in the city.
It’s a beautiful weekend here in the Forest City as there are many unique, fun events to experience with friends and family to get you into the holiday spirit.
Check out all the exciting Christmas events happening this weekend in London!
Hyde Park Santa Claus Parade
What’s a weekend without a visit from the big guy in red!
Bring the family to the 9th Annual Hyde Park Santa Claus Parade on Saturday November 25th at 10am. The parade will start at the back of Sherwood Forest Mall and runs West down Gainsborough to Hyde Park Road.
This year’s theme is “A Canadian Christmas” in celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday and the Lions Club’s 100 years of service.
Dress warm & don’t forget to bring your non-perishable food donations & toys, as there will be Elves collecting along the parade route!
The Festival of Trees
I’m with Kevin McCallister, it’s just not Christmas without a Christmas tree!
