AD/DC Winos

Posted 8/15/2011 12:00:00 AM
So AC/DC is launching their own line of wines...  never thought I'd type that... but it's the way it is.

Turns out the boys have teamed up with an Australian Winery to produce their own range of wines named after Titles of their biggest hits:   Back In Black Shiraz, Highway to Hell Cabernet Sauvignon, You Shook Me All Night Long Muscato...
...personally I'm hoping for a "Dirty Chianti Done Dirty Cheap"

AC/DC's wines hit stores soon... ask your LCBO to see if/when they hit Ontario.

Cheers!

3 New Blue

Posted 7/18/2011 11:49:00 AM
To mark it's 60th Anniversary of Labatt Blue, Labatt Breweries has announced the introduction of 3 new varieties of one of Canada's most popular beers:

Blue Lime - 4% lime-flavoured lager.

Blue Dry  - 6.1%, this Crisper, drier finishing Lager was available years ago, (and is still available in Quebec only), but Labatt is bringing it back with the recent popularity in high-alcohol beers.

Blue 55  - 2.3% and only 55 calories - it's Labatt's low-cal beer.

Blue Lime will only be available this Summer until September, no word yet on when Blue Dry and Blue 55 will hit your local Beer Store.

Cheers!

London is #11 in size, but we're not even in the Top 10 Canuky-est Cities in Canada..

The ratings were based on Proximity and Locations of such Canadian Staples as: Breweries, Tim Hortons, Syrup Producers, Fishing, Farming & Forestry, Hudson Bay Companies, CHL & NHL teams:

Agree?

What could London do to make us more Canucky???
