The case of CTV London's 6 o'clock news anchor Dan MacLellan has been pushed back to a later date.

MacLellan did not appear in court on Wednesday, and was instead represented by a member of his legal team.

His next court appearance was scheduled for March 21st, 2012.

MacLellan remains on leave from the TV station, and has not appeared on the nightly news, since he was arrested and charged on Christmas Eve with 4 counts of assault.

As part of a court ordered publication ban, the alleged victim can only be identified as an "adult female."

MacLellan has had four court dates since his arrest, and on all four occasions, the case has been put over.
