The other morning, I was in for Tucker n Taz and told the story of our rented apartment building in downtown Chicago being across from the Metropolitan Correctional Facility! We had some fun with the convicts over the weekend as we discovered we could see them and they could see us back. This is what the building looked like. Check out the top floor, which is their "outside" area, notice the orange jumpsuits.
