I have been listening to this station for about a month since I was posted to ASU London from CFB Petawawa and I had to become a freeloader after T&T lost a few bleeding hearts over the live earth thing. In Italy, people usually get 4 to 5 weeks paid holidays.

Vacation time is so important so that we dont experience burnout. The companies we work for make so much money....enough money to install gyms..tanning booths...full kitchens...breakrooms with couches and daycares but dont give us more time off....they put all these "comforts" so we want to work 12 hours a day instead of the usual 8 hours. This is not fair....the big companies rob the poor to feed the rich.

Putting in your 8 hours and no more doesn't make you a bad employee. I agree, use your holidays and relax!
