Over the weekend, two great events were held in London: The 2007 Heel n Wheel A Thon and The Relay For Life. Both events were proudly supported by members of our team at Corus Radio London, myself included.

The Heel n Wheel A Thon was held at Greenway Park, in support of The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Canada. Together, we brought in over $36,000; the most of any city in Southern Ontario!

The Relay For Life, in support of The Canadian Cancer Society, a 12 hour event, which took place at TD Waterhouse Stadium. The team of Corus Radio London pledged $1,340. The total of donations for the event this year was $275,000; which will go toward our local Cancer Society.

Thank you to all the organizers, volunteers and supporters! It means so much to those in the continued fight and hope for a cure.
