What do you do in traffic?

There was a major accident on the 401 today causing over a 10km backup of cars. What do you do while you're in a traffic jam? In the city it's not so bad because you can take an alternate street but on the highway it's the worst because it seems like forever until another exit. So there you are crawling a long....moving 20km/hr...10km/hr...or maybe not at all, what do you do?
Myself, I check my watch about a million times and usually text msg someone about how bad it sucks being in traffic.
Next time, how bout a reanactment of the REM "Everybody Hurts" video??
