Well this maybe old news to some of you, but it's new to me. This lovely young lady is the spawn of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love. She just turned 16 in August. This is a photo from a shoot she did for Harpers Bazaar in February of this year. Sorry, I had let my subscription run out, and I just came across these pictures last night.

Frances has only given 4 official interviews in her life, the last in Harpers Bazaar. A competition was held at her 16th birthday party for the party goer that looked "the most dead", with prizes including an iPod Touch and a $200 gift certificate for Amoeba Music stores. Her daughter's extravagant party allegedly cost Courtney Love over $323,000.

According to her mother, Frances is set to inherit "a sweater, a guitar, and the lyrics to 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'" from her father's possessions.
