WARNING: MONSTERS ARE SCARY!

Not my opinion...its a fact!   How can they not be?  They're big, hairy or scaley, incredibly strong...and they destroy (or eat) everything in their path.    This may be a cliche, but as a kid I had a constant fear of monsters in the closet or under my bed...and to this day I still get nightmares about them on a subconscious level! 

Godzilla? Scary! 

Sasquatch? Scary! 

Martha Stewart? Scary!

I used to love the game "Rampage" when I was a kid...premise was pretty simple...you were a monster..and the more you destroyed and people you ate...the more points you get.   The original featured these 3 monsters...George the gorilla, Lizzie the lizard and Ralph the wolf ....I preferred George...boy he was strong.

Later incarnations featured many more monsters to choose from...I think there was some sort of Radioactive Rat...A Gargantuan Lobster Thingy...Hell, even a Colossal Chicken?????

There's a new movie called "Cloverfield" opening this weekend...it's been surrounded in mystery, because unlike most movie previews today...it hasn't given us an inkling as to what the monster looks like.     Again, seems like a simple premise....monster attacks everything it's path with no discrimmination of who or what is in it's way.   Reviews have been good...and I gotta tell ya, despite the fact that Monsters are scary and I will most likely be haunted by nightmares...I wanna see this Flick!
