Yea I'm neither a Leafs fan, a Habs fan, a Wings fan nor a Sens fan....I'm a Bruins Fan!

2 years ago I wouldda been ashamed to admit it...The day they traded Thornton I died a lil inside (although i never cried...I did throw my shoe at the tv, shut it off in disgust and went immediately to bed to sulk).

But despite the pre-season (my gawd the debauchery) they've had a pretty decent season thus far!   Now, their goals against average the past 10 games has not been pretty, but they've actually got a chance to pull up their socks and take that division.   Truth is, I don't really care, as long as they make playoffs....check that...as long as they make it past the 1st round of playoffs.    

Of course I'd die and go to heaven if they actually took the cup, but I'm not greedy, I'm willing to accept they need to build another season or two BEFORE they annihilate the rest of the league and become the greatest dynasty the world has ever seen!  (That's not just wishful thinking...I truly believe it)

Who cares what happens the next 2 weeks...the REAL season is about to begin and Savard, Sturm, Chara, Kessel, Murray, Axelsson, Bergeron and Thomas will be ready!
