I feel sorry for Donkeys.   They're the ASS of the Animal World.   Not cool enough to be a horse.   Not cute enough to be cow.   They're made fun of in movies....tv.....the internet.  Who's the saddest, most pitiful character in Winnie-The-Pooh?  The Donkey.

Even the word "donkey" is funny.  Its also a great insult...calling someone a Donkey.  There's no comeback for it..no way to defend yourself.     

And how come you only ever see like 1 donkey when you drive by a farm???  Like 4 horses...1 donkey.   A herd of cows...1 donkey.    Does anyone actually just own nothing but donkeys??    Does a donkey farm even exist?    I think that would be an odd occupation....Donkey Farmer.    In fact, that may be a worse insult than being called a Donkey.  Donkey Farmer.  They'd never do what you want them to do, you couldn't get them to go anywhere.  Do donkeys herd?  Or do they just hang out by themselves.   Just one giant field full of donkeys all standing by themselves away from the other donkeys.  Do donkeys interact with other donkeys? 

Are there different varieties of Donkeys?  Are some Donkeys smarter than others?  What does a Donkey eat?  This has been keeping me up at night.   If you, or someone you know can answer ANY of these questions I will sleep better.   Please post any or all of your Donkey Knowledge.
