There’s no better tingler for your tastebuds than a glacial-cold light Summer beer sliding down your throat on a sweltering, hot day. But as mercury drops down from double digits and the spaghetti straps get covered by a thin layer of fleece, what beers do your gloved fingers grab for on a crisp Fall night?
Well here are a few of my Beer Picks of The Autumn Season:
Bass Pale Ale (England): This Classic English Ale is one of my favourite beers of all time. It’s best enjoyed On-tap in a Pub with your friends (or mates). It’s sold in the bottle at the Liquor Store, and recently in a convenient easy-to-chill can. Thick and rich with a caramel hint, Bass Pale Ale goes down smooth with a clean finish.

Leffe Blonde Ale (Belgium): This elegant amber-coloured ale goes back to the 13th Century when it was brewed by Monks in Southern Belgium. It has a sweet and soft taste with a subtle banana finish and should be poured with a frothy head.

Negra Modelo (Mexico): You know about Dos Equis, but did you know about this Smooth Amber Ale from the makers of Corona? Negra Modelo’s balanced flavour is accentuated by a creamy head and sharp carbonation that is surprisingly smooth yet crisp.

Didn’t Make the List but drink ‘em anyways: Caledonian 80/ (Scotland), Lowenbrau Original (Germany), Pilsner Uerquell (Czech Republic), J.R Brickman Pilsner (Ontario).
(And if you buy 'em and don't like 'em...feel free to drop off the remaining beers to Baker at FM96..I DEFINATELY will enjoy 'em for ya!
