Are you going to be watching this weekend???

The big Live Earth concert is going down this weekend&.I guess its a pretty big deal but I havent heard many people taking about it&I suppose if you are flipping around the TV this weekend, you may pause to check out what band is playing&. but I have a feeling that not too many people are going to watch from start to finish&.



I am also having a hard time understanding why they would choose this as a way for raising awareness for global warming. What do bands and celebrities have to do with the climate crisis???? Are they going to throw statistics and warnings at us as they introduce Madonna onto the stage&.SOUNDS LIKE FUN&. Not so much&.. What they need to do is start a worldwide education program in schools&so that future generations can help to fix our mistakes and understand what caused them in the first place.



I may check it out for a few minutes and then go back to my usual life&if I really want to know what global warming is all about&Ill rent An Inconvenient Truth or check out David Suzuki on the CBC&better them telling me whats going on in our world then I dont know&SNOOP DOGG????
