It is very hipocritical to give fines to responsible citizens who choose not to drive drunk and penialize them because they leave their cars down town. Guess what city hall? i live in the country and not everyone has a drive way as big as mine. So Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Birthdays are some of the reasons you might have people over...oh ya and to party like its 1999!
So what do you do when you go to a friends house and get drunk? hmmm drive home... no wait can't do that cause its ilegal park your car on the side of the road oh wait can't do that either.
so what do you do park it on the front lawn half way in there house?

plows can plow on their own time thier is no reason to push us off the roads even if it is 3 am some people like to sneek out of the house and joyride. and i dont expect no parking to stop DD

I don't think allowing people to park overnight will cut down on instances of drinking and driving. It's their choice if the person wants to be an idiot and drink and drive, then they'll do it. You can't stop them.

I totally agree with you guys. It sets a downright pathetic vision of the City of London when outsiders come in for something like, say, Ribfest, they eat and drink themselves silly, go to the hotel for the night so they don't have to drive home after consuming some alcohol, and arrive back in the morning to find a 30 dollar "gift" stuck to their windshield.
