Sarah wants to know if you are a facebooker

I am cursing a good friend of mine this morning&who a few weeks ago said to me innocently  Have you signed on to Facebook yet? to which I replied&No, what is Facebook?&.



Well&.Let me tell you what Facebook is&it is an addiction that hundreds of thousands of people are now afflicted with. The site its self is in the same vein as MySpace, which are networking websites that allow you to post a profile of yourself and search out other people from your past and present.



It seems like a great idea right?&.yes!!!!! until you are mindlessly searching though other peoples friends lists looking for that girl who threw up on you in kindergarten to see what shes up to&.and TRUST me&shes on Facebook&.or MySpace&.or BOTH&



It seems like everyone you have ever met is on these sites and we are all spending countless hours at home and at work surfing and wasting time&.I know that there are holdouts who refuse to conform and sign up&but even they seem to be faltering&



I think we should somehow but a limit on the amount of time you can spend on sites like these&for the sake of the Canadian family&.the economy&and the good of the universe its self



Now admit it&.do you spend more than 40 mins a day on Facebook/MySpace&or are you one of the sensible ones who refuse to join??? If you are&how do you resist the temptation???
