Yes, I admit to going on it a bit. I probably go on for about 5-10min a day to see what my "real" friends are up too, but also to see what people from HS are up to. Even though I havn't seen them for about 8-10 years, its still cool to find out what they are up to.
I was a hold-out myself for a while. I made fun of my g/f cause it sounded pretty nerdy at first. I thought it was looking up people you didn't know. Once I found out what it was, I decided to try it out. I agree that it can be add

I've been able to ignore facebook so far, but since I am in music I had to sign up for that MySpace BS. It's like someone puked up a bunch of HTML and smeared it over their computer screen.

I'll admit.. I'm one of the ones who joined Facebook under innocent pretenses. I thought it might be a fun idea to find a few people who I know from High School.... but it's like an infection that just doesn't relent! There is no cure for the common Facebook. I've often considered studying what it is about sites like this that causes the youth and, quite often, beyond of our world to fall to such addiction. Unfortunately, all my petitions to the municipal, provincial and federal governments have

Don't critize until you've tried it. I agree with the fact that there are people who spend pointless hours on myspace for no reason, but in a musical sense, it's one of the greatest things to happen since the radio. Think of how many bands that have earned their fame through these sites. Panic! at the disco, The Red Jumpsuit Appuratus, and even i just read secondhand seronade's debut cd debuted at 16. These bands couldn't of hoped for a career like their's if it hadn't been for myspace, and the
