Most guys out there don't even know if they want a girlfriend let alone know if they want to propose at all. The majority of men out there want "casual", or "occasional". What crap. There are guys that are few and far between that would propose publically like that. Congratulations Ike...you actually have a pair.

I think it's romantic to shout your love to the world on a radio station or a stadium full of people. I think that it shows that you're not afraid to make a fool out of yourself and you're not afraid to let the world know that you love that person...:)
