Something struck Sarah Kelly funny

Occasionally I see regular things in life that strike me as funny, I usually laugh out loud but then feel like an idiot because I am both a) laughing at my own joke and b) realize no one else is in the room&Just such an incident happened to me last week while driving along the 401 during a snowstorm&



I was concentrating on the road in front of me, which by this time was getting pretty slippery&so I failed to notice the tiny car that was coming up beside me in the fast lane¬ to name any names but this particular car was a very small intelligent brand. I had to laugh to myself because as I watched it pass me, all I could think of was someone strapping on a helmet and kneepads, jumping on their BMX bike and hitting the highway&.I feel like you would be taking the same risk& I know that these cars have passed vigorous safety standards, probably more so that their larger counterparts and have been proven to be very safe and well made cars&but its a perception thing for me&



I should mention though one thing HUGE thing that these intelligent cars do have going for them that I am completely jealous of is the ability to still fit into the half of a parking spot at the mall that was created when some jerk took over 1 and a half spaces so no-one would scratch the paint on his car&maybe they arent so bad after all&. they just freak me out when I see them going over 60 on a road.
