Porn vs Beer..equal? or is one worse/better?

CBS refused to allow Booble.com to advertise during the superbowl game this year. They turned down their 50 million dollar offer. Booble.com is like Google only for porn. CBS allow advertising for beer to air during the game which some say is along the same lines. If both are legal then why should they not allow both.
Do you think they should allow it? Do you think porn is different than booze.
