It is proven psychologically, that people will help other people if they are alone (no crowd).
Most people will help due to inherent reciprocation.
Some will help (both of these instincts combined) to pure spontenaity.
One cannot truly state what they would or would not do unless circumstances provided the opportunity.
Ego and idealisim always says yes (not a bad thing, I speak for myself, this case), but reality may differ.

I would save a life, its in my list of things to do...but it doesnt come up too often, i think i should just take a trip to the states and sit on a bench and wait for somethiing to happen, i just dont know in which part of new york i would sit...what if something happened to me? would someone else try to save my life?!? i doubt anyone from New York has seen this and would probably not know what i was doing there...
but yeah, i would save someones life, cause you get people talking about you

My friend and I were walking on the pier in Port Elgin when I heard cries of help. Two friends swimming with another off the end of the pier, yelling at me to help their drowning friend, which they were within arms reach of. With no hesitation I jumped in and saved the man. After which I received no thanks at all, the three walked away after gathering themselves as I continued to swim. I would have no hesitation to save anothers life again, I believe it's human nature to help others. Just m

I heard Taz's comments on morning radio and just had to comment. I believe he said something along the lines that this guy receiving gifts for what he has done is just going to inspire people to do similar acts.....Good!

Good morning saving a life go's in everyone's instink but at what point of risk put on yourself is the question. A no or zero risk is easy no problem. A little risk and you might think first and alot of risk defines you as a person.I don't think most people would think about if it is a stranger or not.
I also think people save lives more than what we read about like the friend that helps his buddy out with problems that could have became an issue later on. Or on the weekend my friend(Dick SR) t
