Oven Roast or Cooked...What's the difference?

Hey its Pasqualina!

I was grocery shopping on the weekend buying cold cuts. I asked the deli clerk what the difference was between oven roasted turkey and cooked turkey. She responded in a condescending tone saying: One is even roasted. Duh& I can read.

She eventually admitted that she didnt know. We had a woman from a major poultry manufacturing company call in to shed some light on this topic. Bottom line both turkeys are cooked with the same process and they just add different spices and flavourings. Finally an answer. Yes!

Tucker and Taz thought my question to the deli clerk was stupid. What stupid questions have you asked, and what answers did you get?
