It's gotta be the real chick flicks - but sometimes we just NEEd to flake on the couch with a bowl of ice cream and have a good cry! e.g. Fried Green Tomatoes, Bridget Jones Diary (LOVED that one), In her Shoes...etc. etc.
Oh - classic 80's movies too, like Pretty in Pink, 16 Candles, Some Kind of Wonderful...ah - the memories! :o)

*Warning...the following constitutes a nerd alert!*
Mystery Science Theatre 3000 The Movie....that movie is a classic! I may be a huge nerd for liking it, but I'm an even bigger nerd because I can quote pretty much the entire movie...I've seen it that many times, and it never stops being funny. Be a proud nerd Taz, a good nerd is a terrible thing to hide.

2) Speed - yeah, that's right, I said it. As horrible as Keeanu Reeves is as an actor, and as poor of a performance as Sandra Bullock put out, there's something sexy about a chick driving a 20 tonne vehicle through L.A. traffic smashing everything possible.
3) Daredevil - so, Ben Affleck needs acting lessons,
