A new bill was proposed in Ottawa that would have Three time child molesters, rapists and violent attackers named DANGEROUS OFFENDERS unless they can convince the court otherwise.
The bill is a plan by the conservatives to clamp down on serious offences.
How is giving these dirtballs 3 strikes going to clamp down on anything?!?!?
Justice minister Vic Toews says it will act as a deterrent. I say it wont do anything but let violent perverts know they get 2 chances to get away with it before they have to worry about being named a dangerous offender.
