Yes I agree! When your hungry and need a little pick me up a bagel or muffin would hit the spot and like Sara said you don't need every imaginable flavored muffin or bagel to choose from. Just a few of each would be plenty fine.

I completely 100% agree!!! One night pulling an all nighter for homework with some classmates, we decided to go to get some donuts and bagels at about 3 am.. well we couldnt find them anywhere and I was very upset... I had to wait until early in the morning before I could eat something.
Donut shops lost a little bit of my respect!

Interesting comments, here are some answers for ya. It actually comes down to the lack of customers, and a cost factor.
It really isn't worth the cost of the actual food and the production of it to keep some on the shelves 24/7, since there's hardly anyone (except you apparently) to buy it. You wouldn't believe how much money we spend each week just on our food costs, let alone everything else. My store does actually keep a small selection of leftover food from the the day on the shelf u
