Peter should have his licence revoked!!

Yesterday we were talking about the court case that could make party hosts lible if one of their guests cause a drinking and driving accident. Here are some emails we recieved from Tucker and Taz listeners:



Tucker and Taz,



I work in the Corrections system and many commit crimes while under the influence. I have yet to see a judge say, "you were drunk, so we'll just waive the charge." Doesn't happen, so why should it in social situations? Where is the personal accountability?



If you choose to get drunk, and you choose to drive, you are responsible...period.

The majority of people that we heard from agreed with Ed. We did get one opposing view from a guy who obviously needs to have his licence revoked:

the statistics show that of all the cars to pass through a ride program less than 1% are chraged with impaired driving what a HUGE waste of tax dollars MADD and everyone else should buzz off summers here and peolpe are out for fun even if someone dies they get insurance money so who cares their family may be better off ever think of that tucker and taz,your opinion on drinking and driving sucks let people have their fun!
