Sarah, you sound a little bitter, but I tend to agree with you to varying degrees on most points.If you're really, really old with no relatives etc., but super poor, you can have the cash so you're not sharing your cat's can of food. I totally agree with your views on the lotto Sarah! Especially with the "already won" rule, some people just want more & more.One night my mother & I were at bingo(don't ask) and the lady next to us says"I never win anymore!" We agreed we're not lucky either, she goes on to say she hasn't won anything since her & her husband won the Encore ($250,000).I wanted to slap the old bat !
