We recieved TONS of feedback on the proposed water bottle ban on city property. Here are some samples:
You said that you want to be able to get a bottle of water if you forget your reusable bottle at home. That's the problem, most people don't use reusable bottles, and it's just easier for the lazy to buy a new bottle every time. You guys are always talking about how dirty and disgusting the Thames River is. Guess how it got that way?

Here is the other side of the argument:
I agree with you on this one stop moaning about the water bottles since people will just start drinking some other plastic bottled beverage. Adjust the recycling programs, increase the presence of the bins and start recycling more like styrofoam containers used for takeout.
