When I first met my girlfriend I knew right away that she was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. She and I are now expecting our first child and I would love to officially make us a family by asking her to be my wife.

When I think about proposing to her, this is what I have in mind: I would bring the ring with me to the hospital when she goes into labour. When our baby is born I would pin the ring and a note to his outfit. When Melissa holds our baby for the first time, she would read the note that says, “Will You Marry My Daddy?” and see the perfect ring along side it. I know she would say yes because she feels the same for me as I do for her. This would make a wonderful day Perfect.
