It’s easy to get so busy taking care of your little one that it’s hard to find time and energy to take care of yourself, which makes shedding that pesky baby weight such a nightmare!
Taz and his lovely wife Ulyana are getting up from the experts at Medpoint Fitness as they take part in a 13-Week Health & Fitness training program. They will work with the professional trainers and nutritionists at Medpoint Fitness to focus on everything they will need to do to get their pre-baby bodies back!
13 Week Medpoint Challenge– will include:

– follow up testing – 12 weeks of personal training
